Each province in Canada has their own invitation system to regularly draw permanent residency following the economic situation.

Therefore, on the last day of every month, 

Murphy will arrange the invitation results of each province and upload the result by a table to watch easily.  

With Murphy’s arrangements, you can watch the trend of selected draw easily and compare scores of each targeted program which you will apply, in addition, we hope that you would predict the future immigration trend for your application.  

In February, Manitoba’s province draw was only one, excluding the refugee draw.

This draw was only opened to the Close Relative in Manitoba Selection and IES program.

The Close Relative in Manitoba Selection is a category that if applicant’s close relative lives in MB, 

the applicant could be drawn with a relatively lower score.

Also, this draw score was 619, it was not a high score, but rose 12 points rather than last month.

Next, the IES (International Education Stream) draw is a program for applicants who studied and graduated from college or university in Manitoba and majored in subjects related to occupations on In-demand Occupation List. 

So, the applicant can apply for the program without an English score. 

83 applicants applied for this program was drawn, 

which considered 5 to 10 applicants more than the average last month.

However, this program had a draw only one in early February, 

so applicants who registered for the IES after the drawing in Feb. need to expect a draw in March.

Currently, as of Mar. 07, the Murphy’s monthly report is uploading, drawing from IES has not been made yet.   

Now, Manitoba’s province office officially announces that there are many documents that have been accumulated, 

so the nominee is delayed over 6 months. 

Therefore, following this flow, the time of drawing immigrants is scheduled. 

Since last November, there have beenn many changes in the drawing of Manitoba, so applicants preparing for the Manitoba province immigration should  build their immigration plan with the Murphy’s Monthly Report.

Also, the review period for each school admission has been postponed due to the issuance of PAL. 

In the case of the students who reported their visa to their school before January 22, 

they don’t have any problem with their admission of May semester. 

But students who have not reported their visas to school are automatically postponed to September semester.

If a student has a delayed letter of acceptance but receive a study permit before starting class, the student could enter school in May again.   

However, each school has different guidelines, so please refer to the school regulations again, 

so Murphy’s customers will be always guided by Murphy meticulously.
