혼자서 결혼 영주권 신청을 준비하다가
너무 혼란스러워 이 렇게 질문 올립니다.
제가 한인여성회에가서 배우자초청 세미나도들었는데
그떄 분명 구지 한국 혼인관계증명서를 낼필요가 없다고 하셨거든요
캐나다에서 결혼하고 한국 못간채로 진행할거라서요
근데 오늘 이민성 사이트에서 이런걸 발견했어요
여기엔 꼭 내라고 되어있는데 한국에서 혼인신고가 안되어있어도 내야 하나요 아니면 안내도 되는건가요?
