캐나다의 국제 자격 평가 서비스(ICAS)는 연방전문인력(FSW)으로 이민을 신청하는 개인에게 교육 자격 평가서비스를 제공 하도록 권한이 주어진 기관입니다.

② Apply Now로 갑니다.

③ Begin My Application을 클릭하면 아래의 페이지가 나오고, 이것이 ICAS ON-LINE APPLICATION 입니다. Step 별로 모든 내용을 입력해서 on-line 신청을 완료합니다.

신청 절차

1. 필요 서류 리스트를 확인: Official document는 학교에서 인증기관으로 직접 보내져야 함
2. On-line application form 작성
3. 온라인 신청을 하고 받은 Confirmation e-mail 출력. Confirmation e-mail에는 Document Submission Form (신청인이 작성하고 인증기관에 다른 서류들과 함께 제출하는)과 Official Records Request Form (출력해서 학교에 제공)이 포함되어 있음
4. Document Submission Form 과 준비된 서류를 아래 주소로 발송

5. Official Records Request Form을 본인이 졸업한 학교(학력인증 받으려는 해당학교)에 제출

필요서류

국가별로 학력인증에 필요한 서류가 다를 수 있습니다.
신청인이 postsecondary qualification (college/university) 을 취득했다면, secondary school documents는 일반적으로 필요치 않습니다.
For each qualification which you would like to appear on the report,

신청자가 우편이나 택배로 ICAS에 제출해야 하는 서류	학교/기관에서 보내야 하는 서류
clear, complete photocopy of the front and back of each graduation diploma (or degree certificate)	your official academic record (transcript, marks statements, diploma supplement or indeks) directly to ICAS' office in a sealed envelope (Please see detailed information below and specific requirements for each country)
clear complete photocopy of the front and back of each academic record (also known as a transcript, marks sheets, diploma supplement or indeks)
translations of each document into English or French (if applicable)
photocopy of the abstract of the thesis/dissertation (postgraduate research qualifications only)
photocopy of an official change of name document if the name which appears on the documents differs from the name on the application form submitted
