학과소개

VCC 의 제과제빵학과는 13개월짜리 Artisan Baking Specialty 과정과 5개월짜리 Pastry Specialty 과정으로 구분됩니다. 학생들은 13개월 Artisan Baking Specialty 과정을 먼저 듣고나서 Pastry Specialty 과정을 들을수 있으며, 13개월짜리 Artisan Baking Specialty 과정만 들으셔도 됩니다. 다만 13개월 과정만 들으면 1년짜리 웍퍼밋이 발급되며, 5개월 과정을 더 들어야 3년짜리 웍퍼밋이 발급되므로 취업비자기간을 고려해서 두가지 과정을 모두 들으시는 경우가 많습니다.

제과제빵학과에서는 제과제빵에 관한 이론과 실무를 제공합니다. 또한 이 프로그램은 발생할수 있는 에러를 줄여줄 깊이 있는아 지식과 기술을 교육시키며, 생산품을 관리하고, 제과제빵 산업 전반과 고용주에게 기여할수 있도록 합니다.

졸업생들은 베이커, 베이커리 메니저, 베이커리 쉐프등으로 취업하게 됩니다.

- 고교졸업이상의 학력
- 영어성적 : IELTS 4.5 (전항목 4미만 없이), 또는 TOFEL iBT 45이상
- 수학 10 이상

이 학과를 졸업하고 나서 baker 나 patissier 로 직장을 구하고 1년간 일을 하게 되면 CEC 경험이민 신청이 가능합니다. 다른 과정들에 비해 상대적으로 영어 점수가 낮은데다 실습이 많이 포함되어 있어 공부하기 수월한 과정입니다. 앞서 설명했듯, 경험이민 신청까지를 고려한다면 두가지 과정을 모두 듣고 3년짜리 취업비자를 취득한후 1년간 일을 하시고 영주권을 신청하시는 것이 기간상으로 안전합니다. 제과제빵에 관심 있는 분들은 도전해보시기 바랍니다.
