우선, 큰 변경사항 중 주목할 만한 사항은..
① 적응력 자격점수 제도 시행: 합격점수 60점 이상 (100점 만점)
② 사업 예치금 : C$100,000 (기존 C$75,000)
③ 주정부 신청료 : C$2,500 (기존 C$ 0)
④ 지원 방식 변경 : 온라인 시스템 (EOI) 시행 |

• EOI(Expression of Interest) 시스템은 적응력 자격항목에 대한 본인 체크 방식으로, 별도의 비용이나 증명서류 없이 신청하게 됩니다. 답사도 필수 사항은 아니지만, 접수 6개월내 답사를 마쳐야 하며, 답사를 한 경우 더 유리한 자격을 얻을 수 있습니다.
• 그 외 변경안에는 그동안 애매했던 신청 자격기준들도 명확히 안내하고 있는데요., 예전에 비해 한층 강화된 분위기입니다.
• 기존보다 이번 변경안에서 무엇보다 까다로워진 사항은.., 적응능력에 대한 자격판정 항목인데요, 영어능력을 알츠 성적으로 증명해야 하는 부담과 나이, 경력기간, 자산규모등도 모두 차별 점수제로 적용되었습니다. 60점을 넘기위해서는 마니토바 적응/정착 부분에서 추가 점수를 받아야 가능한 점수입니다.
• 현재 EOI 시스템은 2013년 8월2일 이전 답사신청서를 제출한 지원자들만 접수를 받고 있습니다.
