자신만의 CV를 만드는 데에는 좀 더 많은 노력과 시간이 들겠지만, 본인이 갖고 있는 능력과 경력에 딱 맞는 일자리를 구하고 싶다면 충분히 그런 노력을 들일 만한 가치가 있습니다.

CV의 형식

-길이

일반적으로 레쥬메를 쓸 때에는 개략적인 내용만을 담아 1페이지 (길어야 2페이지 이내) 정도로구성하지만, CV는 좀 더 세부적인 내용을 넣어 최소 2페이지이상의 분량으로 씁니다.

 

-서체와 글씨 크기

읽기 힘들 정도로복잡하거나 화려한 서체는 사용하지 마십시오. Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri 등의서체가 적당합니다. 글씨 크기는 10~12포인트 정도로 맞추어주되, 본인의 이름과 제목 부분은 더 크게 설정해 주고 굵게 표시해 주는 것이 좋습니다.

 

-서식

어떻게 CV를 어떻게 구성하든지간에, 각 섹션의 형식을 똑같이 일치시켜 주도록 합니다. 예를 들어, 어떠한 기관명에 기울임을 적용했다면, 다른 모든 기관명에도 모두기울임을 적용해 주어 통일성을 유지시켜야 합니다.
본인의 과거 경력 중 특정한 공적 등을부각시키고 싶거나 수상 경력 등을 보여주고 싶다면, 읽기 쉽도록 -등을 사용하여 깔끔하게 리스트 형식으로 만들어 줍니다.

 

-정확성

CV를 보내기 전에, 스펠링, 문법, 시제, 회사명, 인명 등이 정확하게 되어있는지 꼭 확인해 주세요.

CV 에는 어떤 내용들이 들어가야 할까요?

-연락처

CV의 맨 윗부분에본인의 이름과 연락처 (주소, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 등) 를 써 주세요.미국 외의 국가에서는 성별, 생년월일, 결혼여부등의 좀 더 개인적인 정보들을 요구하기도 합니다.

 

-교육 수준

일반적으로 고등 교육 수준 이상의 학업 정보를 적습니다. 학교이름, 입학/졸업 년도, 전공명, 학위 등을 기재합니다.

 

-수상 내역

성적 우수자로선정 내역, 장학금 수혜, 특정 분야에서의 수상 내역 등을적습니다.

 

-연구 경력

특정 분야에서연구한 경력이 있다면 어디서, 언제, 누구와, 어떤 연구를 수행했는지 기술하고 그 연구의 경과 및 결과가 어떠하였는지도 간략히 적어주세요.

 

-업무 경력

관련 분야에서의업무 경력을 적어주세요. 회사명, 직위, 재직 기간 등을 적고, 본인의 업무 내역과 공적등을 간략히 기술합니다.

 

-기술

언어 능력, 컴퓨터 능력, 관리 능력, 그 외 각종 기술 자격증 등 본인이 갖고 있는 관련기술을 적어주세요.

 

-그 외 활동 내역

봉사 활동, (관련된)동호회 활동, 유학 경험 등 본인이 지원하는 분야에 관련 있고 도움 된다고 생각하는 내용들을적어주세요.

 

-추천서

전 직장 상사 등 본인의 업무 능력이나 자질에 대해 추천서를 써 줄 사람이 있다면 그 분의 이름, 직책, 연락처 등을 명시해 주세요.이러한 정보들을 적는 것이 부담된다면 "references available uponrequest." 라고만 적어주셔도 됩니다.

무엇보다중요한 것은, 정해진 포맷에 내용만 바꿔치기한 CV가 아니라자신만의 독창적인 CV를 만드는 것입니다.
기본적으로 지켜야할 틀은 지켜주고 꼭 포함되어야 할 내용은 넣어주되,
본인만의 색깔을 잃지 않도록 해야 고용주 입장에서한 번이라도 더 눈길이 가게 될 것입니다.

* The Casa da Musica:
Created out of the program of activities undertaken during Porto’s year as European Capital of Culture in 2001, the Casa da Musica is designed to enable the performance and recording of classical, folk, popular and progressive music in the different auditoria and recording studios contained within its spectacular building. The highest standards of public service are offered to the people of Porto and its region on a specifically non-elitist basis so as to widen musical involvement. The Casa da Musica structure encompasses an Education and Research Department which is focus on the schools sector and socially deprived areas of the city through the floating and design of special projects, plus a publishing and music research program. Casa’s artistic project also included the creation of an Ensemble of Contemporary Music in the year 2000, the Remix Ensemble, which is becoming a reference in the European contemporary music groups. These initiatives further include the Opera Studio, which already provides a post-graduate training for young singers.
